Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before class starts to get yourself settled in and to warm up.

  • Our amenities include changing rooms, lockers, showers with basic toiletries (bath towels not included), Hot/Cold water dispenser (bring your own bottle).

  • We have 2 designated parking areas, one at the side and one at the back of our property. Please park responsibly - do not block the entry/exit, block other peoples cars or park sideways.

  • Yes, members will get a 5% discount on all retail items (merchandise & refreshments).

  • We allow our customers a max. 2 weeks membership freeze per year. This does not apply for credits.

  • In normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds, only membership freeze for 2 weeks. However, we will make exceptions for extenuating circumstances i.e. hospitalisation or emigration

  • Unused classes are non-refundable.

  • You can cancel your booking online via your profile. However, please note that credit refunds will not be granted for cancellations within 4 hours of class start time.

  • You may still book a class as normal and our system will automatically put you on the waiting list. Should a slot open up, we will notify the person next in line.

  • Let reception know ASAP so we can look out for it. However, please remember that your belonging are your responsibility at all times.

  • Yes! It is situated in the reception area, above the water dispenser.

  • Yes, at your own risk. Our staff will not be responsible for your children.

  • It's recommended that you seek approval from your GP first to ensure you are ok to exercise. PT sessions are strongly encouraged.
